why i’m on studytwt
i made this studytwt account because i am very academic and wanted to get on top of my studies (especially for languages). i’m from a lower income family so my main goal is to rise up the social ladder and become successful. because of this, i dedicate a lot of my time to my studies and extracurriculars. i’m in the 8th grade and am going to attend a private high school soon because i want to progress with my skills and academics. profession wise, I hope to become either a movie director/screenwriter, lawyer, author, businesswoman, or visual artist.

languages and why i’m learning them
portuguese: my parents are immigrants from brazil and i live in an area with many brazilian people. i’m intermediate in portuguese because it’s technically my first language, but as i got into school, i lost a lot of my fluency. i’m learning it so i can regain some fluency and talk more with my family and community
spanish: i’m learning this one in school because i believe it’s very useful to know (especially in the us).
japanese: I decided to learn this again because I consume a lot of media in the language, so why not learn it? i actually used to be intermediate in Japanese when I was 10/11 but I lost a lot of my memory so I’m working on regaining it and learning more!
